Spreadcast
Marketing automation tool for iOS apps. It creates social media content baased on your AppStore link
About Spreadcast
Spreadcast is a marketing automation tool for developers who publish apps on the Apple App Store. Setup takes one input: the app’s App Store link. From then on, Spreadcast checks the public listing every day for events worth announcing, such as a new version release, a new five star review or a rating milestone. When it finds one, it drafts a social media post about it. The image is built from the app’s own icon, screenshots and colors, with screenshots shown inside an iPhone frame, and a separate caption is written for each network. The post is then published to the connected accounts on many social media accounts you can connect. Developers choose how much control to keep. Posts can wait for approval or publish on their own. A post that quotes a customer review always waits for approval, since Apple allows reviews in marketing only with the reviewer’s permission. Posts can also be written or edited by hand, and the developer’s own pictures or video can be uploaded and scheduled alongside the automatic ones. Nothing is installed in the app and no access to the developer account is needed, because Spreadcast reads only public listing data. Google Play apps are not supported yet, and the tool makes still images, not video. A free plan creates post drafts to download. Paid plans start at $29 a month and add automatic publishing. The Studio plan, at $79 a month, covers five apps and three team seats.
