1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing freeaidirectories.com, requesting our free list, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FreeAIDirectories ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are ordering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to both you and that business. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

FreeAIDirectories provides:

• A free, curated list of AI directories, delivered by email
• A manual, done-for-you submission service that submits your AI tool to the AI directories included in your chosen plan
• An AI tools directory on our website, including featured placements included with paid plans

Our submission work is performed manually by our team. No bots or automated submission software are used. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you order and are described on our pricing page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. Our services are intended for founders, businesses, and the teams that serve them.

4. Orders & Required Information

To deliver your order, we need accurate information about your AI tool, including its name, website URL, description, logo, screenshots, and social profile links where requested. You provide this through our order form after payment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate details, though we will work with you to correct them where possible. Your delivery timeline begins once payment is received and the required information is submitted.

5. Payment

Our services are billed as a one-time fee per order. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is made securely through our payment providers, which accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Prices are shown on our website and may change over time, including when launch pricing ends, but changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. Guarantee & Refunds

What we do not control: each directory reviews and approves listings on its own schedule, often days to weeks, and makes its own publication decisions. We guarantee the submission and the proof, not a directory's approval, timing, or continued publication of a listing.

To request a fix or refund, contact us at support@freeaidirectories.com and describe the issue. We ask that you give us the opportunity to resolve a problem before requesting a refund, since most issues are easily corrected. Refunds apply to the service fee paid to us. Because submissions are performed manually and begin promptly after your order details are received, refund requests are assessed fairly based on the work completed and the nature of the issue.

7. Service Delivery

7.1 Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times are shown on each plan (for example, around 6 business days for our smallest plan, down to around 48 to 72 hours for our largest). These are good-faith estimates, not contractual guarantees, and begin once payment is received and you have submitted the required tool information.

7.2 Directory approvals

Submission and approval are separate steps. We complete the submission; the directory then reviews it on its own timeline. Some directories approve within hours, others take weeks, and a directory may decline a listing at its discretion. Where a rejection is fixable, we resubmit free of charge under Section 6.

7.3 Your report

On completion, we provide a detailed report listing every directory we submitted to, the status of each submission, verification screenshots, and the login credentials for the listings so you keep full access and ownership.

7.4 Featured placement

Paid plans include a free featured spot for your tool in our own AI tools directory, at the placement level described on the pricing page. We may adjust the presentation of featured placements over time, and we may decline or remove a listing that violates Section 11.

8. Your Tool Data & Listings

You retain ownership of your tool's information and the listings we create for it. You grant us permission to use the information you provide solely to deliver your order, including submitting it to the directories included in your plan. Where a directory requires an account, listings may be registered under a dedicated email we create to protect you from directory spam; the credentials are handed over to you with your report, and the listings are yours to keep and edit. 9. The Free List

Our free AI directories list is provided free of charge and "as is." We update it periodically, but directories change their policies, domains, and metrics over time, and we do not guarantee the list's completeness or that any third-party directory will remain free, active, or unchanged. Requesting the list subscribes you to occasional emails from us; you can unsubscribe at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

The freeaidirectories.com website, its content, and branding are our property or licensed to us. The listings and report we deliver are yours to keep and manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you provide to us.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes, to submit false tool or business information, or to misuse our website or directory. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, or remove listings from our directory, that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be abusive, deceptive, or unlawful.

12. Third-Party Services

Our service involves submitting your information to third-party AI directories and listing sites, and payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of these third parties, including a directory's decision to approve, reject, remove, or change a listing, or a directory changing from free to paid.

13. Results Disclaimer

Directory listings and the backlinks they produce support search visibility, but search engines, SEO tools, and directories control their own algorithms, metrics, and listing decisions, and these change frequently. We deliver careful, manual submission work; we cannot guarantee a particular metric or business outcome. Any examples on our website that are marked illustrative are exactly that, and testimonials reflect specific clients' experiences rather than a promise of similar results.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeAIDirectories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeAIDirectories from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your provision of information or materials you did not have the right to provide.

16. Termination

We may decline or cancel an order that violates these Terms, with a refund assessed fairly for any work not yet performed. You may stop using our website at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

17. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We aim to resolve any issue directly and fairly, so please contact us first at support@freeaidirectories.com and give us the chance to help. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeAIDirectories operates, and any disputes not resolved directly will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.

18. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated version here with a revised date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
