AI Recruiter Built for Candidate Sourcing and Matching

## About Coo

Coo is an AI Super Recruiter built to help hiring teams find qualified candidates faster and build stronger talent pipelines with less manual sourcing work. Instead of relying only on inbound applications or spending hours searching across multiple platforms, Coo helps recruiters discover relevant active and passive candidates based on the requirements of a specific role. It can understand hiring criteria, identify candidates who match the role, and surface relevant talent so recruiters can spend more time evaluating and engaging the right people.

Coo is designed for startups, scaleups, recruiting teams, and organizations managing high-volume hiring where speed, candidate quality, and sourcing efficiency matter. For active candidate sourcing, Coo helps teams discover candidates within Cooper's talent network, while its passive candidate search capabilities help recruiters expand their reach beyond applicants who are actively looking for jobs.

By automating repetitive sourcing workflows and bringing relevant candidates into one streamlined process, Coo helps recruiting teams create more predictable pipelines, reduce sourcing effort, and move from an open role to a qualified candidate pool faster.

Coo works as part of Cooper's AI recruiting platform alongside Scout, the AI screening agent, and Robin, the AI interviewer, giving hiring teams an integrated way to source, screen, and qualify candidates throughout the recruiting process.
